- Uphold and maintain commitments (whether, verbally or written) given to xEagle Financial Coaching and it's members of staff with transparency and integrity. This includes but is not limited to; providing xEagle Financial Coaching and it's members of staff with a minimum of 14-days notice of any changes to your existing Services, such as; promised payment amounts and the corresponding scheduled payment dates that the customer has committed too (whether, verbally or written). Failure to do so may result in loss of access to our Services and/or financial losses incurred to the customer for either partial or all proceeds provided to xEagle Financial Coaching for our Services without the ability to seek a refund if we determine you are/were in violation of this agreement at any point in time. 
- Avoid using our Site for unlawful, offensive, or infringing purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and accept liability for any actions performed under your account.
